SAMRTGEN Hgm6100nc series power station automation controller integrates digital, intelligent and network technology, which is used in the automation and monitoring system of a single generator set to realize the automatic startup / shutdown, data measurement, alarm protection and “three remote” functions of the generator set. The controller adopts large screen liquid crystal (LCD) display, with 8 optional interfaces in Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portugal, Turkey, polish and French. The operation is simple and reliable.

Hgm6100nc series power station automation controller adopts microprocessor technology to realize the functions of precise measurement, fixed value adjustment, timing and threshold setting of various parameters. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, or adjusted by PC through USB interface, or adjusted and monitored by PC through RS485 interface. With compact structure, simple wiring and high reliability, it can be widely used in various types of generator automation systems.
Performance characteristics
Hgm6100nc series has six models:
Hgm6110nc: it is used for single machine automation and controls the automatic start-up and shutdown of generator set through remote start-up signal;
Its main features are as follows:
1. Liquid crystal display LCD is 132×64, with backlight, eight languages (Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portugal, Turkey, polish, French) display, and touch the button to operate;
2. The screen protector adopts hard screen acrylic material with good wear and scratch resistance;
3. Silica gel panel and keys are adopted, which has strong ability to adapt to high and low temperature of the environment;
4. It has RS485 communication interface and can realize “three remote” function by using Modbus protocol;
5. It has can bus interface, which can connect the EFI machine with J1939. It can not only monitor the common data of EFI machine (such as water temperature, oil pressure, speed, fuel consumption, etc.), but also control startup, shutdown, high speed and low speed through CANbus interface (the controller with can bus interface is required);
6. Suitable for three-phase four wire, three-phase three wire, single-phase two wire, two-phase three wire (120V / 240V) power supply 50Hz / 60Hz system;
7. Collect and display three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency and power parameters of mains / power generation;
8. The utility power has the functions of overvoltage, undervoltage and phase loss, and the power generation has the functions of overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, Underfrequency, overcurrent and overpower;
